Nice!
Thanks Sue π A favourite view in Autumn and Spring!
Stepping stones soonish??
I am hoping so!! Horrible inner ear infection has me waaaay off balance. Not left the house since last Tuesday to go to the docs. Bored now π¦ Trying a short trip out locally with Simon tomorrow so will see how I hold up! Also not supposed to drive with the meds I’m having to take for this π¦ I Really don’t want to miss the best of the colours!!
You mustn’t drive! But hope you get out a bit with Simon
A few hours at Mizens Railway this afternoon π Looking forward to some fresh air!!
Mizzensail railway?
It’s a model railway and woodland area π Run by volunteers who are amazing! We take the boys there a lot but today they have Oktoberfest with lots of old musical organs etc π

Do you know Greatcockrow in Chertsey? http://www.cockcrow.co.uk
Looks very similar π Love taking the grandsons there but today we were doing a little bit of filming for a project!
Oh?
Possible music video!
Oh, OK!
What beautiful colors…
So rich with texture and colour. Beautiful.
Thanks Ardys π I just love autumn’s palette!
Wonderful colours my dear π
Thanks Iain π Finally the landscape is turning golden!!
Wow, the colour.
Thanks Whizz π Autumn is absolutely my favourite season! Lots of different trees including maples at Wisley to give all those bursts of colour π
Like paintings. Beautiful, vivid colours, Sarah!
Thanks so much Pete π I really wanted them to feel like paintings! Autumn always makes me think of thickly painted oil on canvas. There’s such a fluidity to the colour and light π
This one is like a beautiful painting! Fall must be beautiful in London. π
Thanks Amy π Autumn to me is like the landscape painted in oils! My favourite time of year π The parks in the city are quite lovely now! Rich golden hues and misty mornings π We have lots of landscaped gardens outside of London too, including Wisley with so many trees from all over the world! Hoping to get to another one called Winkworth Arboretum to capture the maples there π
This is sure looks like an oil painting, Sarah. Can’t wait to see your beautiful post of maples. π London is a magnificent city!
Happy autumn over there. In Austin this afternoon we’ve hit 30Β°C.
It was up in the 30’s a month ago but now it’s 15Β°, wet and windy!! Colours are late this year after the long hot spell but I think they’ll disappear fast in the rain. It’s nice to have a bit less humidity at last π
Wow..it’s arrived with bells on! Lush shot!
Thanks so much π It’s been a sudden onrush of colour! Late arrival but definitely full on π
