Aha! Was that one of the trees up the top at Wisley…..I watched you lingering there from where I was dropped off at the glass house!!
Yes it was Sue 🙂 That buggy driver was a bit of a racer!! A slower meander would have been better for both of us I think. A couple of my favourite ones still weren’t in full bloom but this one was just lovely 🙂
😀
how soft and pretty!
Thank you 🙂 It had to be done!
This is just so soft and beautiful. Love the pink colours
It’s a rather lovely blossom this one! Thanks Raewyn 🙂
Almost unbearably gorgeous!!
Thanks Ardys 🙂 I’m just about bearing the wonderful blossom at the moment, the urge to hug trees is getting stronger though!
Beautiful! I love seeing the trees in blossom. 🙂
Thank you 🙂 Yes, it’s a wonderful sight! All the bees are so busy on the blossom too 😀
Spring is to die for. I have been wallowing in magnolias today…
Heavenly!! I visited my favourite magnolia at Wisley (the deep purple one) with Sue from WordsVisual on Monday and it’s looking amazing 🙂 Thanks Jude!
I saw one today which is two-toned pink – never seen it before – called Apollo. Such huge flowers! I must have a hundred photos of magnolias from today!
Ooh, that sounds pretty special! I need to get up Battleston Hill at Wisley to see the giant flowered magnolias 🙂
Oh and how nice to meet up with a fellow blogger – I hope it went well 🙂
We had a lovely afternoon! Lost ourselves to orchids and the Scents of Wisley displays in The Glasshouse for a while then chilled out at the café with the birds before a slow wander back. It was a beautiful afternoon with the sun coming out 🙂 Tomorrow I’m meeting another blogger from Florida at the Shard!! One of these days you and I will be in the same county at the same time 😉
I’m sure we will 😀
I do hope so!! 😀
Pink to die for… Truly beautiful!
Thanks Amy 🙂 This tree is soooo heavy with blossom this year! They can be quite breathtaking 🙂
🙂
Delicate and feminine and very beautiful – nice capture Sarah
Thanks Mark 🙂 It’s all that soft newness of spring expressed in one flower! Blossom is synonymous with spring for everyone I think.
So pretty!!
Thanks! Everyone loves blossom 🙂
How very beautiful!
Thanks Cee 🙂
