Beautiful. 🙂
Thanks so much 😀
So glad you shared 🙂 Beautiful.
Hello Sarah, Thank you for your sweet comment on my post. It is so sad that we do lived in a troubled world. I pray for change for the better.
Your flowers are beautiful in blue. I appreciate you joining in Blue Monday so faithfully.
Have a wonderful week.
Hugs.
Jeanne
It would be a wonderful thing to see peace in our lifetime but I often take myself away from the troubled news stories, from close to home or around the world, and focus on all the positive stories and wonderful people that I know. I really love being part of Blue Monday as it brings so much joy to people 🙂 We all need a bit of colour and beauty in our lives!
Your flower images are simply sumptuous. 🙂
Bless you Adrian! What a lovely comment to receive 😀
Another beauty Sarah
Thanks Mark 😀 Really enjoying my floral images and processing at the moment!
What a pure delight! Wonderfully done, Sarah.
Thanks Pete 🙂 Yes it was a delightful sight! Part of a display from one of my favourite producers at Wisley Flower Show last weekend. I have some more to come from them too 🙂 Specialists in dahlia and gladioli, they always bring the most joyful blooms to the show!
Just lovely Sarah .. Your friend would have enjoyed this 😃
Thanks Julie 😀 I hope everyone has enjoyed this one! Gladioli are fun to photograph at an angle 🙂
Fantastic and fun poem, Sarah. I’m so glad for gladioli too. Lovely photo, I have never seen a blue glad. 🙂
Thanks Jet 🙂 I did enhance the colour a bit but they do come in just about every colour you imagine!! This is a link to the growers who were displaying at Wisley Gardens http://pheasantacreplants.co.uk/gladioli?page=1
What a beautiful looking site, Sarah! 🙂 Sue mentioned that you’d been to Wisley together today and I popped over to take a look.
Thanks so much Jo 🙂 Yes, we had fun despite the rain! Wisley is one of my local sanctuaries. I get so much inspiration there 😀
It’s too far south for me but I’ve seen lots of photos. 🙂
Whereabouts are you based? I don’t really get to the other RHS gardens as the distance is too much but I think Sue and I are quite blessed with the number of wonderful gardens and landscaped grounds in our area. The Surrey Hills are a wonderful place to go too!
I’m in the north east of England so choice in RHS is limited but there are plenty of other gardens around. It’s been a great summer for garden visits. (my husband designs them for a living so it’s a working hobby 🙂 )
Ah yes, your closest one would be Harlow! A new one is on it’s way for 2019 but in Salford so probably still a fair distance from you. Summer blooms really have been good this year 🙂 My hubby was married to a landscape designer who passed away 10yrs ago! He still has some of her original sketches. He loves coming out to Wisley and other gardens with me but is completely immune to learning anything about plants and wildlife 😉 He just knows what he likes even if he doesn’t know it’s name!
You see- me and mine are the complete reverse! I might know a plant name one second and have forgotten it the next. Doesn’t make it any less beautiful. We have lots of thingummy plants 🙂
What’s in a name….
I have a habit of losing words and names for things in the middle of conversations! I know lots of whatsits and youknowtheones 😉
