Hi Sarah,
Pretty. Thanks for playing today.
Happy Blue Monday!
My pleasure Sally 🙂
This is quite an amazing butterfly!
Thank you 🙂 It’s a lovely pattern and colour. I love the butterflies that are iridescent!
the texture of his wings is incredible!!
Thanks Cybele 🙂 Yes, it has really wonderful iridescent scales!
Hey Sarah .. Loving your butterflies. 😊
Thanks Julie 🙂 I’m having great fun with the butterflies. They’re such a joy!
Such a fantastic capture. Love it.
Wow! I love butterflies and have never seen one like this 🙂 Beautiful photo 🙂 Did you use a fixed focal length macro lens?
I’m a bit obsessed with butterflies so the Butterflies in the Glasshouse event at Wisley Gardens is pure heaven for me 🙂 No, this one was taken with my Sigma 50-500 at 500mm as it was at the top of the bush! It’s a great lens but what I wouldn’t give for a 500mm fixed focal at 2.8 or similar!
